A sea of fans flooded the airport the day BTS arrived. A big problem with Kpop fans is that they often cause more harm than good by crowding each other and putting the artists and fans in harm’s way. However, ARMY were on their very best behavior, the day the boys landed.
They created what they called a “Purple Line.” The fans created a line and held hands to prevent overcrowding the boys and started the campaign to let them walk safely to their destination.
At approximately 11:00 am (KST), on the 14th of May, BTS arrived at the Tom Bradley International terminal for their BBMA performance.
The ARMY did a great job with protecting the artists and the fans. Fans used a purple ribbon for each of them to hold. They did an exceptional job at displaying maturity. “Come here, ARMY, hold hands.” “We’re going to protect BTS.” Was written in Korean.
Finally, the boys arrived. Even as the boys greeted the fans, the purple line didn’t waver.
Thanks to the “purple line”, the boys were able to get to their car safely. They got a better look at their fans instead of having to rush. Maybe it had something to do with the effort, but they looked happier than ever.

Before the boys are headed to the BBMAs, they have another big promotion to get started with first. They’re going to perform “Fake Love” on the “Ellen Show.”
BTS are going to be live at the Billboards Music Awards on the 20th and is set to perform their new single, “Fake Love.”
To no one’s surprise, the group was nominated for “Top Social artist” for two years. They were nominated with a total of three million and two thousand votes. We expect nothing less from BTS and their fandom.
