In regard to this, Seol In Ah remarked, "We really think a lot of things through during a kiss scene. People watch romantic comedies because they want to feel butterflies. I believe we need to work to achieve that."

The actress further commented, "We talk about it during rehearsal to figure out how to act to make it look as best as possible."

Surprisingly, actor Kim Min Kyu revealed that he didn't initially intend on taking off his glasses. Kim Min Kyu revealed that the act was in fact an impromptu decision made on the spot. The actor spoke, "I had just taken my glasses off because it was uncomfortable during the kiss scene."
