Saram Entertainment had confirmed the news through a phone call on April 7th. The entertainment label had said, "Jung Ho Yeon has been casted for a role in The Governess."

The movie is inspired by a French novel with the same name, written by Anne Serre.

The film unravels the story of three governesses who seek adventures instead of the work they were assigned to do, in turn, inspiring the young boys in their care.

Jung Ho Yeon is set to act alongside Lily Rose Depp and Renate Reinsive in the upcoming movie.

The Governess” is directed by Joe Talbot. A24 guarantees a good production in the making.
