PNATION uploaded a teaser video for the upcoming title track, "Celeb" onto their official page on April 21st. The video was a teaser for the music video. Suzy could be seen dancing alongside Psy. The song is the title track for the solo artist's 9th full length album.

The music video begins with Psy's singing and the distinctive sounds of a piano in the background. Suzy appears sitting and posing throughout the video.

The two stars dance later on in the teaser as Psy sings the lyrics, "You're my celeb, celeb, celeb."

The song was first introduced to the public in 2019 at the artist's concert, "PSY Summer Swag 2019." The song was an instant crowd favorite.

The track was written and produced by rapper Zico, and Psy. People have been demanding for the song to be released on music platforms since three years ago. Fans also anticipated the next muse for the artist's tune.

Psy is making a comeback after a long 5 year hiatus. A representative for the label remarked, "The album boasts of pure quality. The twelve tracks in the album will bring people immense happiness."
