BTS V's Chinese fan club 'Baidu Viva' purchased BTS' new album 'Proof' worth around 4.5 billion KRW.
According to 'Baidu Viva', the fan club jointly purchased a total of 16,913 copies on the first day of the album's release. This amounted to 4,496,810,000 KRW, which makes it the highest selling amount for fandom group purchases on the first day of release.

This fan club is the emerging power in K-pop fandom, as it has strong financial power and fan power. And in fact, this is not the first time they have made such a big move.
When the album 'MAP OF THE SOUL: 7' was released in 2022, 230,000 copies were jointly purchased. This was also a new record as it became the number one group purchased album made by K-pop individual fan clubs.

The fans also did not forget to celebrate V’s birthday. A light show was held for two years in a row at the Burj Khalifa Building in Dubai, which is also known as the world's tallest building. This big-scale celebration has received a lot of attention from local and international media.
Last year, on V's birthday in 2021, he set a new K-pop record by collecting approximately 500 million KRW for birthday donations, in just one minute.
Meanwhile, as a group, BTS became a double million seller with a total of 2,155,363 copies sold on the first day the new album was released, on June 10th.
