Girl group aespa have finished all preparations for their comeback.
SM Entertainment, the agency, opened the schedule poster for aespa's 2nd mini album 'Girls' on various SNS channels earlier today.
Aespa will release the season 1 poster on June 16th. Starting with this, various contents such as teaser images, music video teasers and LA showcases will be open up.
The new album consists of a total of six songs, including the title track 'Girls.’ The group have commented mentioning that fans will be able to enjoy aespa's more mature vocal charms.
The girl group have been showing great firepower even before its official release. Aespa's new album 'Girls' recorded more than 1 million pre-sales within a week.
The group are aiming for 4 consecutive mega hits. Aespa made a strong debut with 'Black Mamba' in November 2020 and shortly after, they released 'Next Level' and 'Savage', establishing themselves as a representative K-pop girl group.
Global activities are also in line. Recently, the group has entered into a global partnership with the world-famous music label 'Warner Records'. In April, they climbed the main stage of Coachella, also known as the largest outdoor music festival in the US.
Aespa will release the 2nd mini album 'Girls' on various music sites at 13:00 (KST) on July 8th. It will also be released as an album on the same day.
