BTS has made another new record. Earlier today at 5.17am, the music video for their newly released song 'Yet To Come' exceeded 100 million YouTube views.
This is meaningful to the group as it makes the music video the 38th 'billion-times viewed music video' in their career. It also holds a record on behalf of the Korean nation as they hold the record for the most music video viewings (in billions) for a K-pop group.
‘Yet to Come’ is a new song that dropped the charts simultaneously across the world on June 10th. At the time of the release, the maximum number of concurrent users exceeded 2.95 million at one point, boasting a hot popularity.
The track is a medium-tempo and of hip-hop genre. The warm and soft melody contains a hopeful message of “your best moment is yet to come.”
The music video is also special as it used other props and objects that have appeared in previous music videos, also suggesting the seven members reminiscing and remembering the path they have walked.
