Earlier today, an official from Hybe Entertainment said, "we have decided to terminate our exclusive contract with Le Sserafim’s member Kim Ga-Ram. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by related controversial issues.”

After Kim Ga-Ram’s departure, Le Sserafim will now continue as a five-member group. The agency added, "we will do our best to continue to support Le Sserafim so that they can grow as artists."

In April this year, Kim Ga-Ram was the second debut member of Le Sserafim to be revealed. However, immediately after the reveal, sightings from Kim Ga-Ram’s past school days and photos were exposed, causing controversial issues for the girl group.

In particular, an anonymous alumni reported, "I had a hard time because of Kim Ga-Ram’s school bullying.” In fact, according to the school bullying committee, it was soon revealed that Kim Ga-ram was suspended from school numerous times, for causing so much trouble.

Kim Ga-Ram countered by saying, "it wasn't school bullying. It happened while I was protesting on behalf of my friend”, however it was too late to change the opinions of the public. After three weeks into her debut, Kim Ga-Ram stopped to counter-back and has now officially left the girl group.
