Netflix series ‘The Glory’ (directed by Ahn Gil-Ho and written by Kim Eun-Sook) released a second teaser poster on December 8th.
'The Glory' is centered around a woman who was shaken and hurt by violence in her childhood, and risks her whole life to get her revenge on those who ruined her early life.
In the poster, Song Hye-Kyo, who plays the character Dong-Eun, can be seen in front of a lifeless tree and twigs. She looks troubled and concerned.
A mysterious narrative is scripted on the side of the poster which reads, “lets dry up and slowly die together.”
‘The Glory’ also revealed a trailer on the same day, which lasts 1 minute and 40 seconds. In the trailer, Song Hye-Kyo says, “Some hatred cannot be stopped because it resembles the longing and desire.” She continues to say with intense background music, “what if you had helped me no matter what.”
‘The Glory’ has been written by K-pop drama hit maker Kim Eun-Sook, who is famous for writing ‘Guardian: The Lonely and Great God’ and ‘Mr. Sunshine.’ In particular, this is the second time Kim Eun-Sook and actress Song Hye-Kyo have teamed up for a drama.
