On January 6th, Got the Beat released a teaser image of BoA and Aespa’s Winter posing together. Got the Beat is a super group of SM Entertainment’s female artists that was formed in 2022, featuring BoA, Aespa’s Winter and Karina, Red Velvet’s Seulgi and Wendy as well as Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon and Hyoyeon.
The background showed black graffiti and the two stars wearing bold jewelry, with Winter dressed in a vibrant red dress and BoA in a cozy black and grey knitted dress.
The title track, ‘Stamp On It’, is an R&B genre with a dance tempo, featuring a groovy piano melody and punchy bass. The lyrics portray a story about survival to reach to the top in a harsh competition. A large scale performance is anticipated with choreography by dance crew ‘Lachica’, in addition to the input from world-renowned choreographers Kiel Tutin, Kyle Hanagami and Reina.
Got the Beat’s new album ‘Stamp On It’ will be dropping charts at 18:00 (KST) on January 16th, which includes a track list of six songs.
