Astro’s Cha Eun-Woo who goes by the name of ‘face genius’ to local fans in Korea, boasted a handsome past, no different to his heart throbbing looks now.

On January 26th, KBS 2TV's 'Year-round Plus' revealed a ranking of the ‘stars discovered by KBS.’

Cha Eun-Woo ranked 5th in the list. It showed the star in his younger days in 2014 when Cha Eun-Woo was 18 years old, when he made an appearance on KBS 9 o’clock news in 2014 for an interview, before his debut.

Following on, in 2016, Cha Eun-Woo participated in ‘Challenge! Golden Bell’ quiz show as a representative of Hanlim Entertainment Arts High School, but used his real name ‘Lee Dong-Min’ at the time. During the broadcast, Cha Eun-Woo was captured announcing, “I will debut under the name Cha Eun-Woo as a member of Astro.”

Netizens responded by saying, "He looks the same now and then” and “flawless” as well as “always has been a face genius.”

Cha Eun-Woo made his debut in 2016 as a member of boy group Astro. He has extended his talents to acting and has since appeared in dramas like ‘Gangnam Beauty’, ‘True Beauty’ and ‘Island.’
