On February 15th, fashion magazine Elle released photoshoots of Seventeen’s DK for the March issue.
DK is reportedly the first member of Seventeen to do a solo photoshoot for a fashion magazine.
In a close-up interview with Elle, DK shares his thoughts on Seventeen’s unit-group BSS and behind-the-scene stories regarding the recent drop of BSS’ first album ‘Second Wind.’
DK said, “I had a strong desire to make an album that could give people strength.” He added, “as the leader, there was a lot of responsibility on my side. Even when meeting people, I always reminded myself to never be late.”
He continued, “these days, I feel like I have not found my own color. I want to find a strong color in me.”
DK expressed his affection for his fellow members by saying, “the members give me so much strength. We love each other dearly and support each other all the time. We gain more confidence day by day. I cannot forget to mention our Carats who are the motivation and driving force for our group.”
DK will plan a fan meeting to meet fans to promote the new title track ‘Fighting (feat. Lee Young-Ji).’
