On March 26th, Netflix series ‘The Glory’ Lim Ji-Yeon made a special appearance on JTBC’s news room with announcer Kang Ji-Young. During the interview, the star revealed behind-the-scene secrets.
Actress Lim Ji Yeon confessed, “I smoked too many cigarettes during the filming of 'The Glory' that I lost my voice for a few days.”
She also spoke about the difficulties she faced acting out her role of ‘Park Yeon-Jin’ in the series. “Since there are so many waves of emotions to express, it was easier to just follow my instincts at times for the right intensity of emotions.” She continued, “however, when I would come back home, it made me reflect on my personality as an individual, sometimes leading me to question myself.” Lastly, she added, “there was a lot of smoking involved so on most days I had a sore throat, sometimes not even being able to voice my words because of so much smoking on set.”
