Teen Top C.A.P decided to leave the team. The team is reorganized into a four-member team.

TOP Media said on May 11, "After discussing with the members, Cap decided to leave the team".

Other members will continue their activities as Teen Top. "We will reorganize into a four-member team of Chunji, Niel, Ricky, and Changjo," he said.

The agency said, "Once again, We apologize for causing trouble with Cap's rash words and behavior".

They added, "We also promise to feel responsible for all these situations and make every effort to manage artists".

They also mentioned future plans. "We will inform you after sufficient discussion with the members about the comeback". 

C.A.P also expressed his feelings of withdrawal through his social media“I am sorry to the members. I know it's an act that I'm sorry for the members who've been with me for a long time", he said.

“I feel like I've been wearing clothes that don't fit me for a long time. Now I want to take off those clothes and commit to something I can't walk”.

Meanwhile, Teen Top celebrated its 13th anniversary this year. After a three-year hiatus in July, the entire group will make a comeback.
