On May 24^th, Aespa’s Karina made headlines at the 76^th Cannes International Film Festival red carpet event held prior to the official screening of the invited film ‘The Pot-au-Feu.’

Aespa attended the Cannes Film Festival as official brand ambassadors of luxury jewelry brand Chopard. It marked the first-time ever for Aespa to step on the red carpet at Cannes.

At the event, the members of Aespa pulled off elegant and graceful looks, each wearing extravagant ball gowns with exquisite jewelry pieces. In particular, Karina caught attention with her off the shoulder chiffon dress and a special necklace.

The black dress worn by Karina was reportedly designed by Choi Jae-Hoon. The striking necklace was said to be made with 123 carats of rubellite and 65 carats of diamonds.

It is worth noting that this necklace was previously worn by pop star Rihanna in 2014 and is valued at approximately 1.6 billion KRW (roughly 1.4 million USD).
