On June 12th, BTS’ Jungkook held a live broadcast on Weverse, to interact with global fans.
Jungkook was lying on his bed and talked casually with fans by saying, “I’m going to fall asleep… I feel sleepy…” He continued, “sleeping is also a definition of communication, right?”
Jungkook joked in a playful manner by saying, "I want to sleep but I can't fall asleep. I'm definitely sleepy. I keep yawning. I wonder why." He added, "If I fall asleep like this, the agency will go crazy. It's morning now, so they are probably off guard. So I guess now is the right timing.”
During the broadcast, Jungkook eventually fell asleep. He was asleep for 21 minutes with a reported 6.7 million viewers watching the star sleeping, live.
BTS celebrated their 10th anniversary since debut on June 13th. To celebrate, on June 9th, BTS released a single titled 'Take Two' in celebration of their 10th anniversary. 'Take Two' conveys messages of gratitude towards ARMY fans for their unconditional support and love over the decade. The group will be holding a special event 'BTS Festa at Yeouido' on June 17th.
