Netflix series 'Bloodhounds' has taken the global top spot in rankings within just a week after its release.
According to 'Flix Patrol’, the newly released Netflix series ‘Bloodhounds’ took first place ranking on Netflix as of June 16th. The series also made it to the Top 10 in 88 countries worldwide, taking the top spot in 22 countries, including Korea, Singapore, Japan, Brazil, Hong Kong, Vietnam and France.
‘Bloodhounds’ has gained popularity for its intense K-action. Actors Woo Do-Hwan (plays the role of Gun-Woo) and Lee Sang-Yi (as Woo-Jin) portray the characters of boxers entangled in the world of loan sharks.
The supporting cast is also impressive, including Huh Joon-Ho, Park Sung-Woong, Lee Hae-Young, Ryu Soo-Young, Choi Si-Won and Choi Young-Joon. Their attention to detail acting skills have heightened the overall quality of the series.
‘Bloodhounds’ is based on the popular webtoon series which depicts the story of a promising young boxer Gun-Woo, who gets involved in a scam caused by his mother’s debt.
