An interview and pictorial with Liz, the July cover star, were published by Harper's Bazaar on June 21. Liz's retro casual outfits and innocent look are highlighted in the published photos. In a photo, Liz blows bubblegum with a cute expression, exuding girlishness. She absorbed various concepts and created a pictorial with a distinct mood.

Our interview after the photo shoot focused on IVE's first full-length album, ‘I've IVE,’ which was released in April and has been very well received.

Regarding how much she has grown through her first full-length album promotion, Liz replied, “Through this album, I became more confident. I wanted to do well and hoped for good results. The album was well received by our fans, and I learned that hard work never fails. More than anything, I'm glad I received compliments on my live performance."

Liz picked the title song ‘I AM’ as her favorite song on the album ‘I’ve IVE.’ “As soon as I heard the demo version, I liked the climax of the song so much and I knew I could sing it well,” she recollected. 

She added, “My favorite part of the lyrics is the line, ‘Whenever you get lost, just fly high, and wherever you go, you'll find your way,’ where I say that I'll just be on my own path without being influenced by others.” IVE's concept and values are well matched with these lyrics, highlighting her bold character.

IVE released their 1st EP ‘WAVE’ in Japan on May 31. The band’s first world tour “The Prom Queens” was held in Korea, Japan, and the Philippines. IVE’s next stops will be Taiwan on June 24, Singapore on June 30, and Thailand on July 8.
