Onew's Drastically Thin Appearance on 'Point of Omniscient Interfere' Raises Concerns

The band SHINee, who is about to return the new album, appeared on MBC's 'Point of Omniscient Interfere', which aired on June 24.

In the show, SHINee gathered to practice choreography and prepare for a concert ahead of their first comeback in three years. They unveiled the new song "HARD" for the first time.

Members who have been together for a long time created a friendly atmosphere by joking around with each other. During breaks, they recalled various episodes from their debut days.

Taemin raised a laugh with his episode. "All sorts of special things happened during local festivals," Taemin said, "including a cow in the middle of the street when I was driving."

Onew said "We've been to various local festivals," and added, "If you bring their in-ear monitors by mistake, you're in trouble."

Taemin confessed, "I got into the car while wearing in-ear monitors," and Key revealed, "He also stole the microphone," causing everyone to burst out laughing.

Meanwhile, the recent appearance of SHINee Onew, who appears to have lost a lot of weight, causes fans to feel concerned. SM Entertainment announced previously, "Onew received counselling and examinations due to poor physical condition, and received the opinion of the medical staff that he needed stability and treatment."

SM Entertainment also added, "Based on a lengthy discussion with Onew and the other members of SHINee, it has been decided that Onew will be absent from concerts and 8th album promotions regularly due to poor physical condition." Onew penned a personal update to fans: "Be very happy and healthy! I will come back healthy thinking of the good days together so that I can spend each and every part of my life with meaning. I'm sorry for making you worry!"
