'MONSTA X' JOOHEON Enlists In the Military... "I'll go bravely and come back well"

"Monsta X" member Jooheon (real name Lee Jooheon, 28 years old) is enlisting in the military.

Jooheon will enter the Army training center on the 24th. After completing five weeks of basic military training, he is scheduled to fulfill his mandatory military service as an active-duty soldier.

However, the specific location and time of his enlistment were not disclosed. The agency stated, "To minimize congestion at the scene, no separate event will be held."

The day before, Jooheon posted a selfie on Instagram for his fans, showing off his newly cut short hair. He also shared a mirror shot taken at the agency's headquarters with fellow member Hyungwon.

Jooheon expressed his gratitude, saying, "I am still filled with happiness from all the love Monbebes (fandom) have shown me. Military service is something I have to do, and I'll go bravely and come back well."

Meanwhile, Jooheon is the third member of Monsta X to enlist. The eldest member, Shownu, completed his mandatory military service as a public service worker in April, and Minhyuk enlisted in the same month and is currently serving in the military.
