by. Gawon Park

Seventeen's Mingyu has regained his health and will resume group activities.

On the 30th, Pledis Entertainment posted an announcement on the fan community platform Weverse titled 'Mingyu's Schedule Resumption Notice.' This comes just four days after announcing a temporary halt in his activities due to health concerns.

The agency stated, "Mingyu suddenly experienced back pain on the 26th and visited the hospital, receiving treatment for a certain period." They added, "Thankfully, he has recovered quickly, and his condition has significantly improved."

Starting from this day, Mingyu will participate in scheduled activities. The agency promised, "We prioritize the safety of our artists and will closely monitor their health to support them in their activities safely."

Mingyu had entered a rest period on the 26th due to the sudden back pain. The agency requested understanding, saying, "While the artist has a strong desire to continue activities, participating in the schedule was challenging."

Meanwhile, S.Coups is also temporarily on a break. He sustained an injury while shooting for sports content in August and underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. He is currently focusing on rehabilitation.

Seventeen released their 11th mini-album 'Seventeenth Heaven' on the 23rd of last month and has been busy with various activities, including music broadcasts and fan signing events.
