Singer Chungha has announced active activities for the new year.

Beauty fashion magazine Allure Korea revealed a photoshoot for the January issue featuring Chungha on December 27. 

Chungha joined Jay Park's agency MORE VISION in October. She continues her new challenges as the new DJ for KBS Cool FM's 'Chungha's Raise the Volume.'

In the released photos, Chungha captivates attention with her radiant presence. Despite her busy schedule with comeback preparations, she led the set cheerfully. Rumor has it that she impressed the staff with her changing poses and expressions as soon as the shoot began. 

After the shoot, in an interview, Chungha candidly talked about her one-year hiatus. She said, "There have been significant changes both internally and externally. I joined a new agency, and I started hosting a radio show from October. Although I haven't been active as a singer, I feel relieved after earnestly searching for answers during the one-year break. Now I know how to burn healthily. If I unknowingly burned and didn't know when to turn it on or off before, I've learned to recognize that now."

Choosing the word 'finale' to symbolize 2023, she stated, "From an external perspective, it may seem like a new beginning, but during the break, I reflected on myself and organized my thoughts. It was a time to conclude a chapter of Chungha."

Regarding her future activities, Chungha expressed, "I want to do the music I want until I get tired of it. I've been active without a break, and enduring that for a year means my battery is fully charged. Even running at that pace, I've never once said, 'I want to stop' in terms of music, events, shootings, etc. Everything is so fun. This year, I want to work even harder, to the point where that saying reaches under my chin. Since I've become more relaxed, the speed will also increase, don't you think?"
