NewJeans became the first K-pop girl group to appear on ABC's 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2024'.

'New Year's Rockin' Eve' is the most-watched TV show on New Year's Eve. The special broadcasts primarily from New York City's Time Square with live and pre-recorded musical performances by popular musicians from Times Square and Hollywood.

This year, Post Malone, Ivy Queen, Cardi B, Jelly Roll, and Sabrina Carpenter appeared on the show. NewJeans was the first and only K-pop artist to be included in the lineup.

NewJeans performed their mega hits 'Super Shy' and 'ETA'. Preppy outfits add to their teen charm. During the 'Super Shy' performance, dancers' waacking moves added lively energy. The group also prepared a performance using stand microphones for 'ETA'.

Recently, New Jeans also appeared on Japan's NHK's representative year-end special TV show 'Kōhaku Uta Gassen' on December 31.
