EXO's Suho will star in a historical drama for the first time.
On January 3, SM Entertainment announced that Suho of EXO will star in MBN's new drama 'The Crown Prince Disappeared (working title)'. Suho will play the male lead Lee Geon.
'The Crown Prince Disappeared' is a fictional historical drama with a story of a crown prince running away with a woman who will become a crown princess.
The series is directed by Kim Jin-man who is known for 'The Greatest Love', 'Kill Me, Heal Me', and 'The Rebel'. Writers Kim Ji-soo and Park Cheol of 'Bossam – Stealing the Fate' also collaborated.
Suho has already proven he is perfect for the character. The singer won the Emotive Award and the Best Acting Performance Award at the 2023 Asia Artist Awards on December 14.
Last year, Suho appeared in the musical 'Mozart' and the series 'Behind Your Touch' and 'Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun'.
