Do Kyungsoo (D.O.) of EXO is preparing to release new solo album.

On January 3, an official from his agency 'Company Soosoo' told Dispatch, "Do Kyungsoo is preparing a new album."

The details were not revealed, however. The agency stated, "The goal is for the first half of the year, but nothing specific has been arranged yet."

The news went viral as Do Kyungsoo received huge love from global fans with his 2nd mini album 'Expectation' in September last year.

The album topped various charts. The lead single 'Somebody' hit No. 1 on the iTunes Top Songs chart in 25 overseas regions.

Meanwhile, Do Kyungsoo left SM Entertainment in October last year. The singer announced his new start at Company Soosoo.
