EXO's Baekhyun established his own label, taking a new leap forward with Xiumin and Chen.

On January 8, Baekhyun, Xiumin, and Chen announced their new start under the independent label I&B 100, predicting a variety of further activities.

The label I&B 100 will be in charge of Baekhyun, Xiumin, Chen's individual activities and the 'CBX' unit's activities. EXO's group activities will remain under SM Entertainment.

I&B 100 announced, " This challenge was a result of the members' sincerity and commitment to interacting more closely and honestly with fans in a more creative way."

The label added, "We ask for your warm encouragement and support as we take on the challenge of change and growth. We also ask for your continued support for EXO and the group's activities."

The members hope to show off their own music under the label I&B 100. Furthermore, it will be the first step towards realizing their long-held dream of producing their own music.
