A new netflix series, 'When life gives you tangerines', has confirmed its release on Netflix. It will be available in more than 190 countries around the world. 

"I was deceived (Korean title for 'When life gives you tangerines')" is a Jeju-island dialect that means "good work." It contains the adventures of Ae-soon, a "long-awaited rebel," and Gwan-sik, a "good-for-nothing fellow," who were born in Jeju. 

IU will play the role of Ae-soon. She was born and raised in Jeju Island to fight against the fate given to her. She is a character that is rebellious. IU will have her second collaboration with producer Kim Won-seok after "My Mister." 

Park Bo-gum plays the role of Gwan-sik, a person who expresses himself through actions rather than words. He has liked Ae-soon ever since he was young. His feelings toward her is like a hard cast iron. 

Moon So-ri and Park Hae-joon will also contribute. Moon So-ri plays Ae-soon, and Park Hae-joon plays Gwan-sik. The two will play the role of elderly Ae-soon and Gwan-sik.

"When life gives you tangerines' is a collaboration of producer Kim Won-seok of "Incomplete Life", "Signal" and "My Mister" and writer Lim Sang-chun of "When Camellia Blooms."
