Following in his interview, Jung Hae-in said, "I'm very excited because it's my first genre to take on romantic comedy with my next drama, 'Mom's Friend's Son'. My partner, Jung So-min, has multiple experience with the romantic comedy genre, so I'm watching her work, researching the acting style she pursues."

When asked about his acting skills on the set of 'Veteran 2' that will be released this year, he said, "I learned a lot through my senior actor Hwang Jung-min, especially how he made the scenes comfortable as the main actor.
