TWICE Achieves No. 1 on Billboard Main Chart

TWICE ranked No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard main album chart for the first time with their new album. It was achieved in nine years since their debut.

Billboard released a chart preview on the 3rd (local time). "TWICE ranked No. 1 on 'Footboard 200' with their 13th mini-album 'With YOU-th'," it said.

According to Billboard, TWICE topped the charts, beating out prominent albums such as Moran Wallen's "One Thing at a Time" and Kanye West and Ty Dolla $ign's "Vulture 1."

This is the first time TWICE has topped the Billboard 200. It is the first record in about nine years since their debut in 2015.

They became the eighth K-pop group to top the Billboard 200 chart. It is the third girl group after BLACKPINK and New Jeans. It has proven to be a global sensation.

"Billboards 200" is Billboard's main chart. It adds up the physical album sales, the number of downloads of digital music to album sales (TEA), and the number of streams to album sales (SEA).

According to Billboard, TWICE sold 95,000 albums with With U-S. It was the highest first week of 2024.

"With YOU-th" is an album that melts TWICE's friendship and love. The title track is "ONE SPARK." It expresses the passion of nine young people.

Meanwhile, TWICE will continue their fifth world tour "READY TO BE" this month. It will be 49 performances in 27 regions around the world.

In July, they will perform solo at Osaka Yanma Stadium Nagai and Kanagawa Nissan Stadium in Japan.
