J-Hope's 'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL. 1', First Place in Oricon Chart

J-Hope of BTS captivated Japan.

According to the latest Japanese Oricon chart (as of the 8th), J-Hope ranked first on the weekly digital album ranking with his special album 'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL. 1'. It gained great popularity. It was downloaded 1,771 times during the counting period (March 25th to 31st). It sold more than twice as much as the game OST which ranked second place as well as NCT DREAM's new album which ranked third place.

Two consecutive album of his reached the top of the Oricon chart. J-Hope ranked first on the Oricon rankings with his first solo album 'Jack In The Box' in 2022.

'HOPE ON THE STREET VOL. 1' is an album based on street dance. A total of 6 songs are included. It contains his capabilities that have grown further and deeper as an artist.

The title song is 'NEURON'. This is the name of the dance crew that J-Hope was a member of. 'Dynamic Duo' Gaeko and Yoon Mi-rae participated in the featuring, improving the level of perfection.

Meanwhile, J-Hope won the 'Favorite On Screen' award at this year's 'iHeart Radio Music Awards' for his documentary 'J-Hope in the Box'.
