JYP Entertainment signed a donation agreement with Yonsei University Medical Center for the treatment of children and adolescents from financially vulnerable groups. A donation of 500 million won was delivered.
On the morning of the 25th, JYP and Yonsei Medical Center held a donation agreement ceremony in the medical center director's conference room in the Yonsei Medical Center general building located in Seoul.
The donation made by JYP on this day will be used at the hospital under Yonsei Medical Center. It will be used to support the treatment of children and adolescents under the age of 24 all around the world.
JYP's vice president Byun Sang-bong said, "We hope that this will become a way of support and help to children who are struggling financially," and "We hope that they will have the opportunity to recover their health and achieve their dreams."
JYP is developing a social contribution project for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities. The catchphrase was 'EDM' (Every Dream Matters!).
This year, a total of 2.8 billion won was donated to Yonsei Medical Center, Samsung Seoul Hospital, Asan Medical Center, National Cancer Center, and World Vision through the EDM project.
JYP added, "This year, we will fulfill our social responsibilities and spread warmth to all corners of our society," adding, "We plan to continue to expand various social contribution activities."
