On the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards held on the 7th, Lee Do-hyun and Lim Ji-yeon were seen showing their intimate relationship. Lee even mentioned the name, Lim Ji-yeon in his speech.

After the Baeksang ended, a video posted by an X user went viral. In the video, Lee and Lim were seen holding each other's hands and touching shoulders, and Lee showed his affection for Lim Ji-yeon by bending down to listen to her. The two continued their conversation while looking at each other through the crowd.

On the same day, Lee won the award for Best New Actor for the movie "Exhuma." While giving a speech, Lee mentioned his family, saying, "I love my father, mother, sister, dog, and Ji-yeon, thank you so much."

Lim Ji-yeon presented the award for Best Supporting Actress in the TV category alongside actor Cho Woo-jin. As she introduced herself, the camera panned to Lee. In response, the two smiled lightly.
