Actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin's newlywed home is up for sale for 7 billion won, attracting attention.

According to News 1 on the 7th, Hyun Bin reportedly requested brokerage from her real estate agency to sell the Walkerhill Grapeville Penthouse in Acheon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do, which he owns.

She is currently confirming that Hyun Bin has put the building on the market for 7 billion won. Hyun Bin is known to have purchased the 330㎡ (approximately 100 pyeong) penthouse in her own name in 2020 for 4.8 billion won.

She put her newlywed home up for sale for 7 billion won after 4 years, and if she sells, Hyun Bin is expected to see a capital gain of 2.2 billion won from her.

Hyun Bin finalized the transfer of her ownership on January 6, 2021, the following year after receiving her. It was surprising that her balance was paid entirely in cash.

The couple established their newlywed home here after getting married in March 2022. She later held her son in her arms in November of the same year, and in particular, it became a hot topic as it was known that she gave away a set of Korean beef to her neighbors for the interior construction of her newlywed home.

Guri Achiul Village, where Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin lived, is called 'Artist Village'. Famous celebrities such as JYP Entertainment CEO Park Jin-young, singer Jo Sung-mo, and actress Oh Yeon-seo have lived or are currently residing here. Actress Han So-hee also purchased Villa Dewreum W, worth 1.9 billion won, located at the entrance to Achiul Village, Guri-si, in 2022 entirely in cash.

Meanwhile, Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin are known to be good at real estate investment, and with the news of their newlywed home being sold, the real estate assets they own are attracting attention.

Previously, Hyun Bin purchased a villa building located in Dongjak-gu, Seoul for 2.7 billion won in 2009 and sold it for 4 billion won in 2021. Afterwards, in 2013, she purchased a multi-family house in Cheongdam-dong for 4.8 billion won, and she demolished the building and erected a new commercial building. This building received an architectural excellence award from the Seoul Metropolitan Government in 2017, and its market value is estimated to be at least 10 billion won.

Son Ye-jin also purchased a building in Sinsa-dong for 16 billion won in 2020, and she is also known to own a luxury villa in Samseong-dong worth 6 billion won.

Just based on what is known, the value of the couple's real estate is well over 37 billion won.
