The '19th Seoul Drama Awards' will be holding an online vote to determine the awards in major categories ahead of the opening of the awards ceremony. The target audience is domestic and foreign netizens.

Two trophies will be awarded. You can vote for the ‘Asian Star Award’ and ‘Drama OST Award’ candidates on the ‘Idol Champ’ app from the 15th to the 14th of next month.

The 'Asia Star Award' is an award given to drama actors who have been loved in six Asian countries over the past year. Voting is conducted separately between male and female actors.

First, Korean male actors include Kim Soo-hyun (Queen of Tears), Byeon Woo-seok (Lovely Runner), Cha Eun-woo (Wonderful World), Song Kang (My Demon), and Lee Jun-ho (King the Land).

Korean female actress nominees include Kim Ji-won (Queen of Tears), Kim Hye-yoon (Lovely Runner), Lim Yoon-a (King the Land), and Go Yoon-jung (Moving).

In the case of 'Queen of Tears' and 'Lovely Runner', both male and female actors were nominated for the 'Asia Star Award'. As it has gained great popularity, it is predicted that it will win an award.

Prominent actors from other countries also became candidates. In Thailand, Blue Pongtiwat Ttangwanjarun from Netflix's 'Ready Set Love' was on the list, and in the Philippines, Kim Chi-woo was on the list.

In addition, Emily Chan representing Malaysia, Singapore star Desmon Tan, and Indonesia's Ochi Rosdiana were also selected as candidates for the 'Asia Star Award'.

The 'Drama OST Award' is voted on based on the title song and singers that appeared in K-drama. Crush (Queen of Tears) and New Jeans (My Demon) rose.

Meanwhile, the Seoul Drama Awards is an international drama awards ceremony hosted by the Korea Broadcasting Association. The 19th awards ceremony will open on September 25th.
