Boy group TWS has taken the Japanese charts by storm.
On the 3rd, Oricon released the latest weekly album ranking (dated July 8), with TWS' second mini-album, "Summer Beat!" achieving 2nd place.
"Summer Beat!" immediately topped the Oricon daily album ranking on its release day (dated June 24). TWS has consistently ranked among the top positions.
They also performed well on Billboard Japan, ranking 2nd in both the "Hot Albums" and "Top Album Sales" categories, capturing Japanese listeners with their addictive songs.
TWS surpassed 500,000 initial sales (album sales in the first week of release) with "Summer Beat!", nearly doubling the figures compared to their previous work.
The album also ranked 1st on the Hanteo Weekly Physical Album Chart and the World Chart (June 24-30). It received positive reviews for its refreshing harmony.
They stood out in the digital music sector as well. The title track "If I'm S, Then Be My N" ranked 44th on Melon's "Top 100" and also appeared on Genie and Bugs charts.
Additionally, they achieved high rankings on Japanese music charts, including 2nd on Rakuten Music's weekly chart, 17th on Line Music's "Song Top 100," and 20th on "Music Video Top 100."
Meanwhile, TWS won their first music show trophy since their comeback on SBS MTV's "The Show" on the 2nd. They plan to engage in full-scale music show promotions.
