Actor Chae Jong-hyeop defrosts the memory of his first love.

TVN's new Monday-Tuesday drama "Serendipitys Embrace" (written by Park Gro, directed by Song Hyun Wook) has released character stills. It shows the present and past of Kang Hoo Young (Chae Jong Hyeop).

Kang Hoo-young is a financial planner. Thanks to her good looks and brilliant brain, he has always walked a solid path. He has achieved the best results without trying his best.

But there was one answer he didn't know. It was his first love, when he was in school. I received a love letter and looked bewildered. I was confused by the unfamiliar feelings.

Ten years have passed since then. I returned to Korea from the United States after a long absence. His sunglasses and leather jacket revealed his cynical personality.

An unexpected change had come. A reunion with a figure that evoked fuzzy memories of his first love. The affectionate way he looked at the other person stirred up excitement.

"I found it curious and interesting to accidentally reunite with my first love. The part where you realise your feelings of love is the appealing point," he said.

As for Kang Hoo-young's character, he said, "He may seem dull and cranky," but he is "not good at expressing his feelings and is not shy."

He added, “He realises the emotion of love when he gets involved with his first love," and said, "I thought a lot about showing the change in his character," raising expectations.

Meanwhile, "Is It a Coincidence" is a first love memory recall romance. It's a story about falling in love again with a nerdy and clumsy first love. It premieres on the 22nd of this month.
