‘ITZY’ Lia returns. Activities will resume in the second half of this year.

JYP Entertainment announced the news of Lia's return on the 9th. “She plans to begin her career in earnest, starting with her new ITZY album, which is scheduled to be released in the second half of the year,” she revealed.

The decision to return was made after careful discussion with Lia. Her agency explained, “The symptoms of tension and anxiety that Lia has been experiencing have greatly improved through her treatment and rest.”

At the same time, the agency requested, "However, please understand that in the case of schedules and filming that have been agreed upon in advance before the release of the new album, it will be carried out with only four people (Yeji, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna)."

The news of Lia's resumption of activities was first delivered to MIDZY (her fandom name). ITZY held a live broadcast commemorating the 5th anniversary of her fan club through her YouTube channel on the 8th.
