Stray Kids has released preview content for their new album.
JYP Entertainment posted a mashup video for STRAY KIDS' new mini album "ATE" on their official YouTube channel on the 10th.
The video is approximately 2 minutes and 16 seconds long. It brings together parts of seven tracks from the new album. Various genres of songs were sung over a pulsating beat.
It started with the title track, "Chk Chk Boom". It was followed by 'Mountains', 'Jam', 'I Like It', 'Runners', 'Another Night', and 'Stray Kids'.
It was implied that they were 'self-produced'. The visual effects of screen transitions and visual effects added to the fun of watching the album.
The album consisted of eight tracks. In addition to the seven songs shown in the mashup video, there is also a festival version of "Chikchikboom". It's a colourful treat.
The group's production team ThreeRacha (Bangchan, Changbin, and Han) led the entire production of 'ATE'. Member Felix contributed to the lyrics and composition of 'Runners'.
It is expected to perform well on global charts. Starting with "Ordinary" in March 2022, STRAY KIDS has topped the U.S. Billboard 200 four times in a row.
In November last year, the title track "Rock (樂)" from "Rockstar" charted on the Billboard Hot 100. In May, their digital single "Loose My Breath" entered the Hot 100 for the second consecutive time.
Meanwhile, STRAY KIDS will officially release "ATE" on 19 May at 1 p.m. ET (0 p.m. PT).
