BLACKPINK excited the hearts of fans around the world by announcing a meaningful event to mark their 8th debut anniversary.

According to YG Entertainment on the 26th, BLACKPINK will attend the production presentation of the movie 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS' to be held at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul on August 9th.

This event, which was prepared to commemorate the release of the 'BORN PINK' world tour live film, will be held against the backdrop of BLACKPINK's symbolic 'pink' carpet. BLACKPINK, which is celebrating their 8th debut anniversary this year, plans to visit the theater in person to interact more closely with their fans.

In addition, four members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa will visit the theater in person to express their gratitude and give a stage greeting. Since the entire group of BLACKPINK will be gathered together for the first time in about 11 months since the world tour finale performance in September last year, an explosive response is expected.

The pink carpet event will be open to BLACKPINK Weverse membership subscribers, moviegoers, and CGV Instagram event participants. Ticket reservations for the stage greeting will be available from 2 PM on August 2 through the CGV homepage, mobile app, on-site ticket booths, and kiosks.

The movie 'BORN PINK' is a film that contains the live footage of the world tour. It will be screened in approximately 110 countries, including Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom, which is the largest number of live girl group concert films ever. It will be released on the 31st.
