Group Aespa member Karina has cancelled her Fukuoka concert due to ill health.

"Karina will not be able to attend the '2024 Aespa Live Tour - Sink: Parallel Line in Japan' to be held at Marine Messe Fukuoka B on the 30th and 31st," her agency SM Entertainment announced on fan community platform Weverse.

The agency explained, "Karina was unable to attend the Osaka concert on the 28th due to poor physical condition, and as she has not fully recovered to this day, we have decided to cancel the Fukuoka concert after long discussions with her medical team as she needs to rest and recover."

We sincerely apologise to our fans who have been supporting Aespa and Karina and are looking forward to the performance, and we will do our best to ensure the artist's speedy recovery and stability."

Meanwhile, Aespa kicked off her world tour with a concert in Seoul on the 29th of last month. The group will meet fans in Fukuoka on 30-31 July, Hong Kong, Taipei, Tokyo, Jakarta, and Sydney in August, and Melbourne, Macau, and Bangkok in September, for a total of 14 dates in Asia and Australia.
