TWS is continuing its activities as a global hot rookie.
On the 1st (Korean time), TWS appeared on 'iHeartRadio LIVE with TWS' held at the iHeartRadio Theater in Los Angeles, USA.
Host JoJo Wright introduced TWS as "a next-generation K-pop boy band that pioneered a new genre called boyhood pop. The members have infinite potential."
He also highlighted the global popularity of the debut title song (First Meeting Didn't Go as Planned). He highly praised them, saying, "TWS's performance is electric and their choreography is top-notch."
The members explained the title song themselves. They said, "This song is about overcoming the vagueness of a first meeting with anticipation for the bright days ahead."
He continued, "Thanks to 42 (fandom name) who actually worked with the members, the story of the song is coming true every day. That's why it's an even more special song for us."
He also shared his thoughts on his first meeting with American fans. The members expressed their extraordinary determination, saying, "We're so excited because it's our first time," and "We want to let many people know about it as we've prepared hard."
They added, "We want to show you that we're growing without stopping. We'll work hard and run so that we can become artists who convey bright and healthy energy."
In addition to the interview that day, TWS performed a total of 7 songs on stage. They garnered a great response with hit songs such as 'First Meeting Doesn't Go as Planned' and 'If I'm S, You Be My N'.
They performed diverse stages such as 'Unplugged Boy', 'Hey! Hey!', 'If I Were the Sun', 'Oh Mymy: 7s', and 'Double Take'.
TWS showed off their extraordinary love for their fans. Before the show, they held a surprise meet-and-greet event. They expanded their contact with local fans. The on-site response to the members’ appearance was explosive.
The stage that day will be available later on iHeartRadio and social media. The full version will be available on ‘Meta Horizon’, ‘Oculus’, and ‘Meta Quest TV’ on October 28.
TWS will also be performing on the ‘Global Spin Live Series’ stage at the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles.
