EXO member and actor Doh Kyungsoo has completed a successful fan concert in Singapore.
Doh Kyungsoo held his Asian fan concert 'BLOOM in SINGAPORE' at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on the 8th of this month.
'BLOOM' is Doh Kyungsoo's first solo fan concert in Asia since his debut, and the concert was sold out in each region as soon as tickets opened. In particular, all tickets for the Singapore concert were sold out early, even though it was held on a weekday.
Fans chanted Doh Kyungsoo's name loudly even before the concert began, and he appeared on stage to feverish cheers. Afterwards, Doh Kyungsoo entertained the fans with a variety of different segments, including a talk about his latest news, introducing the food he ate in Singapore, playing a trivia game about the music video for "Popcorn," reciting quotes from the drama he appeared in, and performing unaccompanied cover songs.
In addition, Doh Kyungsoo performed the title track "Mars," as well as songs from his mini album "Simple Joys," "Good Night," "Everyday Confessions," "Yesterday's You, Today's Me (About Time)," and "Yesterday's You, Today's Me (About Time)," which was released in May, to enthusiastic responses, and later performed various genres of songs such as "That's okay," "Falling Stars (I Do)," and "Somebody," which gave the audience a rich afterglow.
In addition, Doh Kyungsoo moved around the stage and interacted with fans through eye contact. In return, the fans showed their deep affection for each other by chanting each song to perfection, as well as performing video events and slogan events exclusively for Doh Kyungsoo.
After the fan concert in Singapore, Doh Kyungsoo said, "What I wanted to do most when I arrived in Singapore was to meet you all. I will always cherish this day with you in my heart, and I will always cherish the tremendous cheers. I hope that the day was meaningful and special for those who took the time to come and see me," he said, adding, "I will come back soon, so please wait for me."
Doh Kyungsoo will continue to perform in Bangkok on the 10th and 11th, Malaysia on the 17th, and Manila on the 31st and 1st of September.
