BABYMONSTER has completed its first fan meeting tour.
On the 10th and 11th of August, Baby Monster concluded its '[BABYMONSTER PRESENTS : SEE YOU THERE] FINALE IN SEOUL' at Kyung Hee University's Peace Hall in Seoul. It was the conclusion of a three-month journey of 12 concerts in seven cities, starting in Tokyo in May, with fans in Korea.
The members opened with "SHEESH" amidst enthusiastic cheers and delivered powerful live performances of "LIKE THAT," "BATTER UP," and "FOREVER," and left a lasting impression on fans with their emotional vocals during "DREAM" and "Stuck In The Middle.
The members showed off their unique skills as 'MONSTER' while using hand microphones, and they also warmed up their fans with their adorable charms like 'BABY' in the fan corner. Various games and events created by their ideas brought smiles to the Monstiez (their fandom name).
Baby Monster ran hard until the encore, and the fans responded with enthusiasm, completing a meaningful moment. The members said, "We were so happy to be able to get closer to our fans through this tour and hear so many screams," and added, "It's thanks to MONSTEZ that we can stand on stage. We will continue to grow as a team in the future, so please keep an eye on us."
With the success of their debut fan meeting tour, BABYMONSTER will continue their busy global schedule this year. In August, the group will perform at Japan's largest music festival, Summersonic 2024, and will release their first full-length album this autumn.
Meanwhile, BABYMONSTER's performance was also a sustainable performance that considered environmental and social impacts. Through the 'YOUR GREEN STEP' booth, the carbon emissions of the audience's travel and accommodation were measured, and the seven principles of sustainable performance, such as monitoring and managing accessibility to information and facilities, were implemented, demonstrating YG's commitment to performances that everyone can enjoy.
