Actors Song Joong-ki and Chun Woo-hee will present a heartbreaking first love performance after reuniting after 10 years.
On the 21st, production company HighZium Studio announced that it has cast Song Joong-ki and Chun Woo-hee in the drama 'MY YOUTH' scheduled to air next year.
'MY YOUTH' depicts the romance between Sun Woo-hae, a man who started an ordinary life later than others, and Sung Je-yeon, a woman who must break the peace of her first love in order to succeed.
Song Joong-ki plays Sun Woo-hae, a novelist and florist. Seon Woo-hae was once a famous child actor, but soon he was forgotten by people and began living a second life as something other than an actor.
Chun Woo-hee plays Sung Je-yeon, a team leader at Phil Entertainment who only cares about success. She grew up in a wealthy family without any worries, but when her family suddenly fell into ruin, she began to live more fiercely than anyone else.
To achieve his goal, he visits Seon Woo-hae for the first time in 10 years, and as he begins to become entangled with him, his innocent past comes to mind and begins to change.
Director Lee Sang-yeop of the dramas 'Yumi's Cells' and 'Familiar Wife' and writer Park Si-hyun of 'Run On' have joined forces.
