BTS Jin challenged himself to work part-time at a PC cafe.
Jin, who completed the job with extraordinary adaptability, laughed, saying, “I should have done something other than being a celebrity.”
On the 27th, a video titled “Retirement from work harder than being discharged from the military” was uploaded to BTS’ official channel.
Jin, who is well-known as a game maniac, said, “I was so happy to hear the news today. I hope it’s not just a PC cafe where we boil ramen and deliver it,” and acted coy.
However, Jin’s hunch turned out to be right, and Jin, who challenged himself to work part-time at a PC cafe, was taught the recipes for the main menu items, from ramen to aide. He then laughed, saying, “I hope people I don’t know come. It’s embarrassing if people I know come. If this continues, won’t all the members of SEVENTEEN come?”
However, as soon as Jin finished speaking, a group of about 20 elementary school students appeared, and Jin said, “I didn’t think about that. I want to get off work already. I forgot that PC rooms are like this,” he said in shock.
He then took care of the children’s drinks and comforted them by saying, “Give me food quickly,” and “I’m hungry,” when they kept urging him, saying, “But it won’t come out quickly.”
After serving, he played a game with the children to decide whether to go home or not. He looked completely exhausted and lamented, “I really respect parents. I wondered what to do when there were 20 kids in a group. I respect teachers. I thought my ears were bleeding.”
However, his grumbling was short-lived. After he had carefully boiled and set up ramen for the children, he whined, “I guess I should have done something else instead of being a celebrity,” to the compliment from the PC room employee who said, “You’re so good.”
After successfully completing his part-time job, Jin expressed his feelings with a smile, saying, “I had so much fun filming ‘Run Jin’ today. I’m done with my part-time job.”
