In addition, former CEO Min Hee-jin explained that the business delegation contract is full of toxic clauses that allow Adore to unilaterally terminate the contract. He said, "The contract stipulates that if Adore determines that former CEO Min Hee-jin's work performance ability is significantly lacking, the contract can be terminated immediately. There is no provision for any objective basis or criteria," and "Even if it is difficult to maintain the contract due to Adore's business circumstances or if Adore's CEO determines it is necessary, it is stipulated as a reason for immediate termination of the contract.
