BTS's Jimin to hold exhibition in October to showcase his solo career

An exhibition will be held to showcase the solo career of BTS's Jimin.

From October 11 to November 3, the exhibition “The Truth Untold: The Sincerity I Couldn't Convey” will be held at the L'Hermès Moxy in Myeongdong, Jung-gu, Seoul, highlighting Jimin's solo first album “FACE” and solo second album “MUSE. The exhibition will utilize various contents to shed light on Jimin's solo activities. Through Jimin's handwritten production diaries and songwriting notes, you can get a glimpse of how hard he worked as a creative.

The exhibition is designed to help visitors understand Jimin's emotions during the creation of his solo album. The space is divided into two main sections, 'FACE' and 'MUSE'. The 'FACE' space, inspired by the waves of water, features a media wall and distorting mirrors that constantly generate waves, visually conveying the confusion Jimin experienced in his search for a complete 'me'. The waves calm down as they approach 'MUSE', which symbolizes the beginning of a new journey, suggesting that Jimin has succeeded in overcoming the confusion and properly facing 'me'.

The immersive experience is enhanced by a set reminiscent of the music videos for “Like Crazy” and “Set Me Free Pt. 2” from his solo albums, as well as a photo zone reminiscent of “Who” and “Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Rocco).” In addition, various behind-the-scenes content and a handwritten letter from Jimin that he couldn't convey in words will be released for the first time. Costumes and props worn in various stages, including music videos, will also be on display, as well as trophies and plaques for solo songs.

Meanwhile, Jimin continues his long-running success on the U.S. Billboard charts. According to the latest chart (dated September 7) released by U.S. music media Billboard on September 4 (local time), Jimin's solo second album “MUSE” ranked at No. 80 on the Billboard 200, and the album's title track “Who” was ranked at No. 38 on the Hot 100, charting for six consecutive weeks. In addition, “MUSE” landed on the World Albums (#2) and Top Current Albums (#45), while “Who” remained on the Global (excluding US) (#7), Global 200 (#12), and Streaming Songs (#36).
