Actress Han So-hee attempts acting transformation with the movie 'Snowfall' (directed by Yoon So-ik). She will delicately portray the confusion and anxiety of youth.
Han So-hee digested intense emotional acting in 'The World of the Married'. She received attention for her powerful action in 'My Name'. She even challenged herself with a period drama through 'Gyeongseong Creature'.
This time, she is expanding her spectrum with a queer film. 'Snowfall' is a film that contains the love story of high-teen star Seol-i (played by Han So-hee) and aspiring actress Su-an (played by Han Hae-in).
Han So-hee's first screen debut. She plays the role of Seol-i and presents a lyrical and sensual love story. She digests the narrative of youth that fits well with the cold winter sea.
The 'Snowfall' production team said, "Han So-hee honestly expressed Seol-i's affectionate feelings for Su-an," and "she realistically conveyed complex and subtle emotions such as growth, conflict, and fear of an uncertain future."
Director Yoon Soo-ik also highly praised Han So-hee. Director Yoon praised her, saying, "Han So-hee sincerely expressed Seol-i's light and darkness, as well as her complex inner emotions."
He continued, "Han So-hee poured everything she had into not losing Seol-i's energy," and expressed his deep gratitude, saying, "Han So-hee is a passionate actress."
'Snowfall' will be released in theaters this October.
