'The Boyz' Sangyeon will be appearing on the musical stage.

IST Entertainment announced on the 24th, "Sangyeon has been cast in the musical 'Bloody Love' opening in December. He will be playing Dracula's loyal butler."

'Bloody Love' is based on the classic steady-seller novel 'Dracula'. It was reborn with a new sense of music along with the classic authenticity of the original 'Dracula'.

Sangyeon took on the role of 'Dimitru'. He is Dracula's loyal butler and a character with whom he shares a friendship that transcends life and death. Sangyeon plans to portray him in a different way.

He previously made a successful musical debut with 'Crash Landing on You'. As a young businessman with a splendid speech, 'Koo Seung-jun', he received favorable reviews for his solid singing ability and delicate sensibility.

An official emphasized, "'Bloody Love' was first performed in the Czech Republic in 1995 and has been loved around the world for 30 years," and "Please look forward to 'Dimitru' that the performance will complete."

The Boyz recently finished their third world tour (Generation II). They completed performances in 15 cities in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. They are preparing for a comeback with the goal of the end of October.

Meanwhile, 'Bloody Love' will open at the Hanwha Art Center from December 6 to February 16, 2025.
