NCT member Jaehyun (real name Jung Jaehyun) will be enlisting.
On September 26, Jaehyun's agency SM Entertainment officially announced to Newsen, "NCT Jaehyun applied to the Army Band and received a notice of acceptance from the Military Manpower Administration today. He will enlist as an active-duty soldier on November 4 and fulfill his military service obligation."
He added, "Since the day of the new recruit training camp is an event where many soldiers and their families will be present, there will be no separate official event to prevent safety accidents due to the crowding on site. We ask for your continued support and love until Jaehyun completes his military service and returns in good health."
Jaehyun debuted as a member of NCT and has been active as a member of various units such as NCT 127, NCT U, and NCT Do Jaejung. In August, he released his first solo album, 'J', solidifying his own musical style.
